I would like to invite you to a gentle place where we can reach out to one another from the safety of our homes to listen to each other’s “whispers” and share our thoughts in an attempt to hasten our healing.The sensation of loss and the experience of grief can re-awaken our senses if we let it. These harsh experiences can turn into companions that will lead us to a deeper understanding of ourselves and a richer, more positive life.
I do not profess to know all of the answers. I am not a trained therapist. However, I do know the dark, intensity of loss and have slowly walked on my own grief journey into the light of happiness. I too lost a loved one. I know the fear of feeling alone. I understand the sense of despair.
My healing came through my writing and I became liberated when my thoughts became words on paper.
